Composite material is defined as two or more different materials in different ways to combine one materials. It can play the advantages of various materials overcomes the shortcomings of a single material. Expand the scope of the application materials. By different material properties along the interface of the dielectric material composed one known as bi-materials. Bi-material easy to form crack in the interface. The crack along the interface defined as interface crack generaly, combined with the destruction of material or from a combination of the first occurred in the vicinity of the interface. Therefore, stress analysis of interface crack of the combined strength of the material and the importance of reliability evaluation, parameters of bi-materials is the important parameters of orthotropic interface crack analysis. To more reveal the changes law of material constants impact the crack tip stress field and displacement field clearly.In the references [1-3] orthotropic interface crack problem was discussed. The paper puts forward the theoretic formulae of the stress field and stress intensity factors for two dissimilar orthotropic composite materials in three different conditions, i. e. mode I, II, and I+II mixed interface near crack tip. Without the problem of oscillation of the theoretical solution of the stress field near crack tip and the embedding of the displacements of the upper and lower sides. This paper bases on references [1-3] by the methods of mathematical analysis. Obtain the unified expression of bi-material under the three situation, making due contribution to the theoretical study of interface crack fracture of orthotropic bi-material, secondly, selections different parameters of bimaterials, the impact laws of stress field in different directions was preliminary studied, and use matlab to image simulation,can obtain the impact law of stress filed of parameters of bi-materials . By composite material complex function method, constructs special stress functions, put composite material plane fracture problem to the problem of boundary values of partial differential equations solve the two sets of eight homogeneous linear equations. Been orthotropic composite materials and interface crack perpendicular to the crack tip and eight values of the characteristic equation for the numerical analysis. The results for the engineering design provides a theoretical guidance for the relevant areas of the interface fracture theory and engineering study to optimize the design of the structure of anti-fracture provides a theoretical support and guidance.
