This disseration mainly focuses on the theory of analytical orbit perturbation of GEO(GeostationaryEarth Orbit) satellite and the method of Precision Orbit Determination(POD). The main work contains the following aspects:(1)Firstly, GEO satellite's perturbation equations are derived from the Lagrange equations in the Geostationary Point Centered Earth Fixed Coordinate System(GPCEFCS) based on the Hill's lunar theory. Then the free solutions and the earth oblateness perturbation solutions are obtained, using the solutions and linear perturbated method, the linear perturbation solutions are obtained, which complete the construction of the GEO Satellite Linear Perturbation Theory based on the Lunar Theory.(2)Secondly, the spherical harmonic series items of the Eearth's gravity model are divided into four types based on the Taylor expanssion on the GEO satellite's reference orbit. The perturbation characteristics of different types are discussed, and then the remarkable difference among them is discovered, by which the conclusion that the tesseral harmonic items are taken as resonant items is improved.(3)In order to define the mismodeling of earth gravity model and other unkonwn force models, a local dynamical model which contains nine parameters is developed. The new model is defined in sense of mathematics and physics, and the parameters' relations with each other are definite. The orbit described by the new model is not constrained by the prior earth gravity model. The tests indicate that, by extending for 5 days with the model parameters which are obtained by fitting 1 day's precise ephemerides, the RMS is less than 2.5cm.(4)The tide-generating potential's effects on GEO satellite are discussed in detail, and the distinctive difference of the perturbation characteristics of semi-day wave and one day wave is discovered. At the same time, the GEO satellite orbit's resonant response to day wave is clearly demonstrated.(5)Finally, when dealing with the modeling of Solar Radiation Perturbation(SRP), the development and the current state of SRP modeling technique are introduced, and then the mathematical model of GEO satellite's SRP is developed, based on which the analysis is processed, and then the conclusion that the SRP excites the resonant response of GEO is obtained. A new SRP model which follows the rules of GEO satellite's SRP and also contains the motion of mean sun is recommended. At the end, the earth shadow problem is discussed.
