For the demand of studying of GPS attitude determination system, this paper studies the key technologies of the attitude measurement system based on single baseline, which provides the basis for the realization of high-precision attitude measurement for motion platform.Firstly the paper describes the composition of the GPS system, the measurement error of GPS in the source and the corresponding solutions. Based on the establishment of carrier phase sub-models, the paper discussions the GPS attitude measurement principle in detail. The paper also demonstrate the key technology of attitude measurement is the ambiguity determination methods.In this paper, LAMBDA algorithm is analysised in-depth.Based on the matrix theory and the constraint condition of the Z transform, a raid and effective algorithm of ambiguity decorrelation is provided. Compared with the current whitening transformation, it can get the same result,but the OSD oprational time is about half of the whitening transformation's. In addition, the algorithm reduces pathological decomposition of Z transform effectively, and improves the reliability to the algorithm of ambiguity decorrelation.
