Deep Space Exploration refers to celestial bodies other than the moon and the moon and space exploration. In the deep space probe flight, it is a need to get the accuracy tracking data for precision orbit determination. A variety of factors may affect the measurement accuracy because of the complicated space environment; the impact of communication media is the most important and has restricted the orbit determination accuracy. The development of deep space network transmission medium amendment study has a very important significance to our future deep space project, such as lunar and Martian exploration. The progress of deep space exploration in domestic and international scope is described in brief, and also the organization of the deep space tracking and control network, the major deep-space navigation measurements of radio tracking technology. And then, we analyze the hierarchical structure of the atmosphere around the Earth, study deep space navigation data transmission medium characteristics. According to my work experience in Beijing Aerospace control center, a variety of tropospheric refraction correction models are provided, and the correction accuracy of these models is analyzed. In correction of ionospheric delay, we analyze the correction method of ionospheric delay model in theory, and develop a idea of ionospheric corrections model over the territory of China based on Chinese GPS net work, also the implementation of the idea is given in a practical program. Finally, the amendment of the corona is still a new subject, we gathered relevant materials through the information available to public provided by the United States National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), and gives a preliminary scheme.
