So the paper analyses the chaotic system and the encryption methods, then the paper brings a new chaotic system and a encryption method.Firstly, chaotic theory and cryptology are introduced in detail from different aspects and views. The definition of chaos is presented, the characteristics of chaotic dynamics are described, and the criterions and rules of chaos are given. This article summarizes the chaotic cryptology research current situation, the chaotic development, and the chaotic usage.Secondly, this paper brings a new chaotic system based on the chaotic systems which were presented at the head, and makes enough prove to it. The paper analyzes the Lyapunov exponent, the sensibility of initial value, system's phase portraits, and so on. And all of these processes are realized by MATLAB.Thirdly, the paper designs one kind of new algorithm of generating the binary sequence. Using the Chebychev mapping to control the parameter of the Tent mapping, and gain the chaotic sequence. Then the paper contrasts the sequence with the new chaotic sequence to generate the mixed sequence. This paper has analyzed the period of the chaotic sequence. Finally, the paper realizes a complete encryption process. The paper uses the new method of generating chaotic sequence to encrypt a group of texts.
