Multi-spectral, hyper-spectral imaging technology is a new generation of optical detection techniques, both the advantages of imaging and spectral detection has been widely used in military and civilian spheres. It is widely applications because of they are precisely, this paper carried out using the F-P etalon used in imaging systems. This article uses both ZEMAX optical simulation software and matlab calculation software, it introduces how to get Fabry-Perot etalon physical model by ZEMAX , through the method of scanning points and draw out the etalon composed of BK7 glass the transparent character, then get the curve of transparent with wave. Then using software of matlab to draw F-P transmittance curve under the principle of the formula, the two plans are compared to prove ZEMAX simulation F-P model is correct.Using ZEMAX simulation F-P cavity multi-beam interference and confocal spherical F-P interferometer, flat multi-cavity F-P -beam interference simulation results and theoretical calculations were basically consistent. Then simulated characteristics of the output line for incidenting light line and the oblique incidence of light spherical to confocal F-P interferometer.Designing F-P imaging chamber structure, pushed out of the structure of the transfer function; specific wavelength analysis of the output plane of the image, different input flat radius and wavelength, corresponding to the output transmission situation, at last designing light lock by transmission characteristics.Designing F-P optical imaging system in general, and giving out the system requirements for the various components. and then use ZEMAX to design lens, eyepieces, and optimizing. And then follow the F-P model, designed F-P device imaging system. Theoretically derived the relationship between the output surface imaging and the input plane.
