As the performance of both mobile phone and wireless network improves a lot, the mobile software plays an increasingly important role in people's everyday life, and its user experience has attracted wide attention from researchers and practitioners in various fields. Based on the retrospection of relevant studies, the present study explored an indicator system for the evaluation of mobile software user experience in according to the results of user interviewing and analytic hierarchy analyzing. With 291 undergraduates as subjects, a five-factor model was then proposed of mobile software user experience through follow-up investigation and user test. Finally, the structure equation modeling (SEM) technique was used to explore the impact of user experience on use intention. The main results are as follows:(1)An indicators system was developed for evaluation of mobile software' user experience, it composed of five indicators:easy of use, emotional factors, learnability, support system and efficiency.(2)A questionnaire was established for evaluation of user experience, it has a good reliability (total consistency coefficient a=0.982) and validity.(3)The type of software had a significant influence on the use experience, attitude and use intention.(4)There were significant correlations among user experience, attitude and use intention.(5)Three factors of the user experience questionnaire, need and emotion, learnability and support system had significant direct influence on use intention. The factor of need and emotion not only had a significant direct impact on attitude, but also had an indirect impact on use intention through the mediate-effect of attitude.
