Based on the latest theories and methods such as the sequence stratigraphy, sedimentology, seismic stratigraphy, reservoir geology, as well as the analytical data of seismic, well logging, core, the author analysed and studied the sequence stratigraphic framework and precipitation facies of southeastern uplift area. On this basis, the comprehensive use of petroleum geology, geochemical analysis testing data, research on source reservoir cap assemblage rule in study area, and prediction of middle-shallow layer oil and gas exploration in favorable zone.The study on the southeast uplift oil and gas sources, source rock quality and hydrocarbon supplying ability of source rocks etc. hydrocarbon source detailed analysis and research. Through the relevant geochemical indicators, including source rock organic carbon, chloroform bitumen "A" content analysis, obtained in middle-shallow layer the original oil and gas sources of oil and gas, mainly from Qingshankou group and Denglouku group, but the number of less difficult to form large-scale oil and gas reservoirs, in middle-shallow layer should still mainly look for the secondary oil and gas reservoirs, its oil and gas mainly comes Yingcheng group and Shahezi group.The cap rock of this area mainly is Qingshankou group mudstone,Quaner segment mudstone, Yingcheng group mudstone and Shahezi group mudstone.This paper comprehensively consider source reservoir cap trap ect.basic conditions for the formation of reservoir ,analysising oil and gas reservoir-forming rule of southeastern uplift area, in middle-shallow layer the mainly reservoir is the secondary oil and gas reservoirs,main controling factors of hydrocarbon accumulation is control source fault. Dehui-Xiaohelong depression, Yingshan-Wangfu depression, Lishu depression, Fulongquan depression is middle-shallow layer favorable perspective play.
