Multi-bank Wavelets Theory And Model-based Wavelets

Compared with 2-bank wavelets,the multi-bank wavelets have many dif-ferences.The multi-bank wavelets is not only more profound relatively,but also more complex in characters.Some concepts are suit for describing 2-bank wavelets but not for multi-bank wavelets.The main innovation of this dissertation are as follow:First, summa-rize all kinds of multi-bank wavelets'species and put forward the methods constructing multi-bank wavelets.second,establish a mathematical model to obtain optimal wavelets.This method avoid discussing vanishing moment and obtain the optimal wavelets based on targeted function.In this dissertation we have set a example for the model in the case of length 8 against 4-bank multi wavelets.
