It is significative for controlling damage of rats that human being acts research above the variation rules of the Rats and Enemy number. This paper presents construction of a simulative system for evolving variation rules of rats and natural enemy, whose model refers to natural characters of both parties and current advanced knowledge of ecosystem area.After the study of foundation theoretic of artificial life and the principia of self-organizing systems, the paper identify the design pattern, and then establish further model, constitution and express of individual life entity.The project achieves one simulation system based on Artificial Life with Java language. In the community which is built by system, there are lots of lives, Rats are preys while enemy are predators, and at the same time it exist grass as Rat's food. Then after system's evolvement, it generated lots of estimated data for the status of the community. With that statistic, it identified that Functional Response also have counteractions synchronously the Numerical Response affects. And number of enemy and the percentage of rats in the enemy menu increase and decrease in the same direction with Rats'quantity. All of those make the system reach balance.At last this paper proves the Numerical and Functional Response that Enemy treats Rats in mathematics and bionomics. It also proves of the emulation grade of model, and constructs one system that researches rules for Rats and Enemy variety models successfully.
