With the deepeening development of the oil exploration and development, low-permeability oil and gas reservoirs has become the focus of oil exploration and development. And the formation mechanism research of low-permeability oil and gas reservoirs and logging evaluation have become the most important issue for the reservoir geologist and geophysicist. Xinmin oil field is classic one with medium-low pore, low-ultra low permeability. After 20 years of water injection, it has been in the late stage with high water. Because of the serious reservoir heterogeneity and post-reform after water injection, the internal structure of reservoir is very complex, and the oil and water distribution is not obvious. At present the logging interpretation model suitable for high porosity and permeability can not meet the status of oil field development, so it needs to analyse the detailed causes of low permeability and build the fine interpretation model of low permeability reservoir.In this paper, applying the core data,test data, production data and all kinds of log curves,based on the Fuyang reservoir lithology, physical property, pore structure, sedimentation and diagenesis, the low-permeability oil reservoir characteristics in Xinmin and Formation Mechanism are analysed detailly in which four-properties relationship is the key reaearch. At the same time, the lower limit of lithology, physical properties, electrical and oil is defined, and the interpretation models of predetecting low pore , ultra low permeability and oil saturation are estimated. It shows that, by actual application, the estimated parameters interpretation models can improve the evaluation accuracy of low porosity and permeability with high mud, which meet the further exploration and development need of the oil field.
