SaBei development area, in which complex water-cut had reached at 90.55% by the end of the year 2000, comes into super-high water-cut period. Since active oil calculations are diminishing and the conflict of over-balancing reserve and development is becoming serious. So, to explore new reserves and to make use of the potentiality of not producing reserves become the guarantee to keep stable production. So, we begin to research on this theme has been done in BeiSanDong block which is a typical one, based on large amount of coring, formation, testing, logging and testing records, it is assured that the depositions have four-specialties in concert. Meanwhile, parameter explanation model is built and also the explanation standard and board of Sa, Pu, GoTaiZi partial-oil and partial-water on the same layer testing is developed,which can properly meet the need of development.Innovations have been made in the research. First, partial-oil and partial-water explanation board for oil-water transition section is built for the first time which is applicable, operative and accurate; second, possible reserves of oil-water transition section is calculated to an inch; third, proper hole pattern, inter-well distance, methods of completion and combination of layers for the development of oil-water transition section are put forth; fourth, making it certain that the water-cut changing regularity of oil-water transition section; fifth, new techniques such as self-heated fracture and hot-air acidification for increase in production and injection are applied for unblocking.These innovations are applied in the third infilling wells in BeiSanDong block, since oil-water transition section are perforated, it better respites the conflict of adjustable effective thickness absence by which production is increased and the objects of production and water-cut achieved, and the producing condition of oil layers are improved by new relative measures which increases single-well production as well as stable production period. It is sure that these new techniques can be extensively used in the third infilling wells in pure oil area, in the infill wells of the third or fourth strip areas and also useful for the perforation in the margin area, for the low production wells and for closing wells because of super high water-cut. This research, which provides important experiences for oil field developing and dynamic adjustment, has a bright prospect.
