This paper directs against the weakness of the water pressure controlled blasting to the disassembly of the container-building, and designs the filling-sand-blasting as a new method using the sand instead of the water as pressure mass medium, which is a controlled blasting technology to disassemble building by the shock wave in the sand evenly spreading the energy acting on the media when the dynamite placed in a limited bound sand exploded. In this paper, the analysis of the basic theory of the filling-sand-blasting are discussed, and the calculating formula of charge quantity and Charge Parameters are deduced.Firstly, we analyze and study the basic theory of the filling-sand-blasting in this paper which contains the explosive theory in sand, the mechanism, resemble law and dimension theory of the filling-sand-blasting,and the dynamics response of thin shell cylindrical structure under the explosive load.Then, According to the effect of momentum of shock waves from explosions in sand-soil on the curved wall structures, the Charge-formula of a single concentration of charge and the formulas of multi-charge weight for the filling-sand blasting are derived by means of criterion of energetic failure in this paper. A study on such parameters as the interval of charge, the enter sand depth, the charge height, etc. during filling-sand-blasting has been carried out, and the principle of confirming the charge parameters put forward in the thesis.Next, the strain curve and the maximum strain of explosive experiment vessel wall had been surveyed, through the physical test under the different dose explosive. Through the contrast of theory solution and the experimental result, the rationality of the filling-sand-blasting Charge-formulas was confirmed.Finally, we have made a calculation on the representative project instances, adopting the calculating formula of charge quantity put forward in this thesis, and found that the result drawn is in conformity with reality.
