Glassy meteorites is a special object which found on the earth. It is so different from other meteorites, glassy meteorites on Earth have a certain fall of areas. Each area of fall glassy meteorites represent a fall of celestial events. Their causes and sources are puzzle and have not been resolved in nature. For archaeologists, it can provide background information related to geological through the meteorite by measuring the production of glass age and time in which the layer come up out of land, so that calculate the schedule of ancient human history and culture. Guangxi is a major distribution area of glassy meteorites outside of China except Qionglei. In recent years, Chinese scholars have worked much more research in the area of the glassy meteorite, but the lack of the trace element data. And trace element geochemistry of glassy meteorites is the main arguments to discuss the causes, origin, and evolution. There are five regions in Guangxi and 15 glass meteorite samples for the study in this paper, apply geochemical theory and method, with a systematic study of its geochemical characteristics, to obtaining Guangxi glassy chemical composition and trace element data in meteorites, as the international Chinese data for such research. At the same time the basis on these data analysis in different areas of glassy meteorites similarities and differences in order to determine the glassy meteorite source of Guangxi. Not only has the scientific significant of this issue, but also for further research to provide material and guidance glassy meteorite has practical significance. We collect 15 Glassy meteorites from Baise, Bobai, Fusui, tianyang, Tiandong in Guangxi Province, and apply ICP-MS analysis, chemical analysis, neutron activation analysis used to analyze the chemical composition of tektites in Guangxi and trace elements in department of Earth Sciences at the University of Hong Kong, Sichuan Province Key Laboratory of Geological and Nuclear Technology, Sichuan Chengdu University Chemical Laboratory. By cluster analysis of trace elements and correlation analysis in Guangxi glassy meteorites, according to their chondrite REE normalized distribution curve and combined with other parts of the glassy meteorite data abroad ,I t studied the Guangxi glass geochemistry of meteorites. According to the cluster analysis and correlation analysis of the trace elements of Glassy Meteorite in Guangxi, the standardized distribution curve of its REE contents, and the statistics of the Glassy Meteorite in other areas all over the world, researches have been done on the geochemical characteristics of elements of Glassy Meteorite in Guangxi. In addition, through the comparison of the Meteorite in Guangxi with the Meteorite in rest of the world and the research on the similarities and differences of Glassy Meteorite in various areas, we can distinguish the sources.Through the research, it can be concluded that: 1. Through the Guangxi regional distribution of five samples of glassy meteorites can be seen in different parts that the glassy chemical composition and trace element composition of meteorites same, but different in content, on the whole, little difference; five samples REE distribution patterns similar, negative slope, light REE enrichment, flat HREE trend, five distribution patterns almost overlap, indicating that the five regional components of glassy meteorites source close to the target from the same source, should belong to the same spreading area, the source should be the mother of crust.2. China's glassy meteorites mainly in Hainan Island, Peninsula, Bobai and Baise area。It has been suggested that these three areas are part of the same group of glassy meteorites. It can be seen through the analysis of these three areas is basically the same chemical composition of glassy meteorites, and therefore should belong to the same group.3. From the chemical composition of Glassy Meteorite in Guangxi and the standardized distribution maps of REE Chondrite, Glassy Meteorites has no common with Heavenly body rock, moreover, there is a huge difference with Mare Basalt, Highlands Anorthosite and various kinds of basic rocks. From the point view of chemical composition, Glassy Meteorite is similar with near-surface sediments (clay rock, shale and sandstone) or acid rock, however, from the point view of trace elements, Glassy Meteorite is much closer to surface sediments. As a result, the sources of Glassy Meteorite are more likely to be shale or sandstone. According to the Rb/Sr-Rb/Ba diagram, the sample spots are all located in the sandstone area. It can be concluded that Glassy Meteorites in Guangxi are sourced from sandstone, which have the similar source with the Glassy Meteorite in Australia-Asia distribution area.4. The composition and trace elements characteristics of Glassy Meteorites in different areas in Guangxi are similar with one in Australia-Asia distribution area, but more different with the Glassy Meteorites in other distribution areas all over the world. The formation age of Glassy Meteorites in Guangxi is around 0.6-0.69Ma, which is similar with the Glassy Meteorites in Australia-Asia distribution area; according to that, it is believed that Glassy Meteorites in Guangxi can be assigned to the Australia-Asia distribution area, meaning they are the same products.
