In the phase of oil field development, it is urgent that some ideas should be cleared, for example, cross-well accurate structure, distribution characteristics of the reservoir and interbed, fluid properties and distribution discipline. Moreover the effect of the reservoir development project should need to be cleared. However, the cross-well seismic can provide the geological Information which is high real for its unique technical characteristics.While the cross-well seismic is inspired and received in the well, the actual records are more complicated than the ones of surface seismic and VSP, especially in the information of the wave field. Now it is a very important task that how to deal with these information, such as the wave field information that better reflect the properties of cross well distributed, geological structure and reservoir information. Moreover, the amplitude information reflects the content of the distribution of rock properties, structure and other information.In the data of cross-well seismic, we are interest in the amplitude information. Seismic exploration has been use the full amplitude of structure interpretation from the beginning. Lithology put forward higher requirements for the amplitude preservation. It plays a very important role in data processing of cross-well seismic, structural interpretation and benefit analysis of oil and gas region.For the particularity of cross-well seismic and importance of amplitude information, this paper has studied and analyzed a variety of methods and principles in amplitude and moveout correction. Based on previous studies, it has selected the appropriate basic methods and theory of cross-well seismic wave propagation amplitude and moveout correction. It has also written some procedures about the amplitude and moveout correction with the language of Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0, such as amplitude analysis, amplitude controlling, compensation for spherical spreading, true amplitude recovery, amplitude consistency and high Static correction. Last it realizes the interface of the program with the language of QT 3.3.2. The following conclusions are obtained by compared and analysis with the processing results between theoretical models and real data.1,Due to the observation form of the cross-well and the specificity of the propagation path of wave field, the methods and principles in the amplitude and moveout correction are different with the ones of the surface seismic, or the treatment results and imaging results are going to change.2,In high Static correction, the paper uses the methods of parabolic interpolation.3,Compared and analysis with the processing results between theoretical models and real data, the technique of the amplitude and moveout correction is reasonable and the program has some certain validity and practicality.
