Our country is a geographical environment is special, the geological condition quite complex country, the landslide and so on natural disaster phenomenon is serious. The landslide monitor is monitors the landslide and the forecast important technological means that at present the three dimensional laser scan technology has applied in the distortion monitor (for example landslide monitor), not only may reduce the personnel labor intensity based on the three dimensional laser scan technology's landslide monitor, reduces the operating time, moreover scans the spot cloud data which obtains after processing and the modelling may obtain the landside mass surface whole change information, has made up the tradition monitoring method insufficiency, will certainly to become in the distortion monitor the important technological means.This thesis introduced the three dimensional laser scan technology's domestic and foreign research present situation and the development, analyzed the landslide distortion to monitor each computing technique the principle and the good and bad points, elaborated in detail the ground three dimensional laser scanning system's principle of work, system's integration and the characteristic, the main application's domain, has discussed the cloud data processing flow and the method. Unifies the Yellow River Xiaolangdi 4# road landslide monitor three dimensional laser scan data the maintenance test, the initial point cloud data processing obtains the landside mass areal deformation monitor observation pillar center three dimensional coordinate, and has carried on it with conventional routes' monitoring result the comparison. The analysis discussed Leica when the ScanStation2 laser scanner work possibly produces erroneous and the point cloud data scanning precision's influence, analyzed the three dimensional laser scan technology to unify RTK the operating type point cloud data characteristic and the monitor precision, proposed some countermeasures and the measure.
