China can be rated as karst "Great Power " , area amounts to ten thousand kilometres of 3,440,000 all , account for 1/3 of territory area about. Condition has not coinciding completely though common existence of karst phenomenon, but each karst caves develop in Nature , there exist forbidden prevision in form, whose treatment way is also varied. With the fact that swiftness and violence that underground engineerings such as railroad , highway builds develops, area builds the underground engineering more and more many in karst. In ground engineering construction, big section that can come across lime karst area tunneling often builds, karst engineering geology to varying degrees problem , the safety having affected the underground engineering construction and having been in motion and done business moreover gravely. This paper focuses on the analysis of geological structure, rock types, climate, hydrology and geochemistry of karst development, the influence of the influence of the foundation stability of karst, evaluation and treatment measures. Analyzed the basic characteristics of karst water in karst, lithology, the control effect of karst guide and treatment measures. Combining the underground engineering in CPC revealed in the construction process, 33 difform cave for research object, analyzes their characteristics in the underground engineering, the importance and the particularity of moisture, various types of the cave adopted different types of processing method, and the treatment effect of the observation, from observations, this project in the cave treatment method is practicable and effective and meet the design requirements. As cave development conditions and the unpredictability of the scale, the treatment can not be stereotyped, local conditions and site conditions can only take the cave approach to ensure safe construction and engineering.
