Two Kinds Of Mumerical Methods For The Purely Longtudinal Motion Equation Of A Homogeneous Bar

In this paper,we consider the fully discrete mixed finite method and the semidis-crete mixed covolume method for the purely longtudinal motion equation of a homogeneous bar. The error estimates for the two kinds of schemes are derived.In Chapter two,we discuss the fully discrete mixed finite method for the initial-boundary-value problem of purely longtudinal motion equation of a homogeneous bar The error estimates in the L2 norms are derived.In Chapter three,we discuss the semidiscrete mixed covolume method for the above problem. The error estimates in the L2 norms are derived.
