Bird's migration is important part of its life history. Its successful completion was not only impacted on its health but also affected by climatic diversification. Climatic diversification was not influenced on bird's migrated quantity but also impact on the time of bird's migrated process. The experiment was completed at Lao yeling bird banding station of Northeast Forest University at Heilongjiang Province. Bird's research datas were collected from 1998 to 2009. This paper's researched bird was Tarsiger cyanurus cyanurus. Studied objects contained its first arrived date, the date of peak value and the date of departure in different seasons. We combine Tarsiger cyanurus'banding quantity with climatic factors from 2007 to 2009 to analyze their relationships.Accumulated temperature on April and accumulated volume of snow were important factors that impacted on the first arrived date in spring from 1998 to 2009. As soon as accumulated temperature went up and accumulated snow got thinner, Tarsiger cyanurus'first arrived date got earlier in spring. In autumn, accumulated temperature from the first arrived date to ten days ago was important factor effected on its first arrived date. The result indicated if accumulated temperature got up, the first arrived date was delayed in Autumn.Volume of accumulated snow was more important factor impacted on Tarsiger cyanurus' date of peak value in spring in the 12 years. The date of Tarsiger cyanurus' migrating peaks got earlier in spring and it maybe impacted on thinner accumulated snow. Accumulated temperature on September was important factor which had more influenced on its date of peaks in autumn. As soon as accumulated temperature on September got down in the middle of these years, Tarsiger cyanurus'migrating peaks got earlier in autumn in 11 years.The results of research indicated the Tarsiger cyanurus'removed date got delayed in springs in 12 years. Sunshine hours and rainfall were principal factors that effected on its removed date in spring. Because rainfall and sunshine time both got down in 12years, so it could cause Tarsiger cyanurus' preying difficulty got harder and harder. Then Tarsiger cyanurus needed more time to obtain enough food, so its removed date got delayed. Average temperature on October was also an important facter excluding rainfall and sunshine time. As soon as average temperature on October got up, it maybe cause Tarsiger cyanurus'removed date got delayed.Daily average temperature was important factor at the time of Tarsiger cyanurus' migrating term in spring and autumn. The date which had apparent rainfall would usually have lower Tarsiger cyanurus' quantity. Daily average humidity effected on Tarsiger cyanurus' quantity which had different effections in different seasons. In spring, daily average humidity increased will reduced its migrated quantity, but it did not had apparently effections on migrated quantity in autumn. Because sunshine hours may caused bird's activity increased, so sunshine hours had advanced the daily volume of Tarsiger cyanurus in spring in 12 years.
