Haigou gold deposit, a large-scale lean sulfide auriferous quartz veins, is controlled by NE-NNE tectonic. It's generation and evolution of deposit comes under sub-fault Yalujiang one of Tancheng-Lujiang fault zone, and the gold ore-body orientates in less sub-fault. The 28th auriferous quartz vein acts as the largest one, mainly controlled by NE shear zone, the vein size and occurence are dominated by NE structures. The shear zone situates in Early Yanshanian granitic unit, which is composed of monzonite, monzonitic granite and plagiogranite. The analyses of tectonic setting, ore deposit characteristics, ore-body spatial distribution and tectonic mechanical property of Haigou gold ore-body indicate that the joint parts of Mesozoic NE penetrable fault system, according tough-brittle fault and former Mesozoic (especial former Paleozoic) basemental fault system, or synthetic succession superposed reach evolve as the optional buildup temporal and spatial domains, these properties serves to the basic regulations and setup. The structure analyses of main ore-body and occurrence regulation, above all things 28th auric quartz vein, all suggest that controlling structures show equidistance, stratum-direction, structural superpose.Basing controlling factors and of 28th auric quartz vein, we bring forward the A-type forecasting target area could locate on 300m elevation down-part between 31-69 prospecting lines.
