The Rock Pillars Landscape And It's Genetic Analysis In The Mufu Town, Enshi City, Hubei Province

The rock pillars landscape of mufu mainly found in the western Mufu about 3 km , east side of Qianshan (Anleping Village), that is Dalongmen and Xiaolongmen along the gantry to Xiao-Ming Yan, the distribution area of about 6 square kilometers. The rock pillars landscape developed area is humid subtropical monsoon climate, the same period of rain and heat, rainfall, abundant sunshine. On the whole, The rock pillars landscape developed zone located in the watershed region between Yangtze and Qing River, in 1500-1700 meters elevation; In the landscape, it is located in Yunlong Doline's office, The rock pillars from the steep Doline very close, large undulating terrain. The rock pillars developed area exposed rocks are limestone belong to triassic ,and the limestone is pure, thickness, moderate occurrence and development of vertical joints.In this paper, we propose a concept on Slot canyon Doline and The rock pillars landscape system form the preliminary study of Mufu region.In the present ,this particular landscape system is not defined in karst,and has a lot of typical and unique system .It is different form Slot canyon and Doline system in Guangxi and Chongqing . The rock pillars is not developed in the Slot canyon and Doline system in Guangxi and Chongqing . Slot canyon Doline and The rock pillars landscape system develop in the watershed area between the Yangtze River and Qing River . Carbonate rocks are widely distributed and large sediment thickness , fold is not strong, hot and rainy in weather in this region is very conducive to the development of karst landscape. In this particular landscape system, the emphasis of our study is The rock pillars landscape .The rock pillar that developed in the rocks pillars landscape is very high, but has small diameter, such as "the stick of incense," it's 150 meters high, but 6 meters in diameter ;"the east pen" is 200 meters high, but 18 meters in diameter. The big difference in width and height is it's main features with the other of karst. The pillar's diameter (D) and height (H) ratio (morphological and genetic analysis index) mainly between 0.04-0.53, 0.24 in average. Diameter and height ratio is 2.21 in average in Lunan stone forest, and is 2.8 in average in Gunlin. Paper focuses on the morphological and genetic analysis in the rock pillars landscape. The rock pillars is a new unit of karst landscape ,and it's will provide data and theory in karst landscape study to further.Discussed the form factors of The Pillar group landscape by the Analysis of Lithology, geological structure, climatic, topography and hydrological conditions in the Study area's. The formation of The Pillar group landscape obtained at least seven conditions:①pure limestone;②Thick layer of limestone;③Flat Strata dip;④much Crack in limestone;⑤adequate water, better flow conditions and sufficient duration of action;⑥more humid conditions , provide enough moisture and heat conditions to the development of The Pillar group landscape;⑦rising crust in intermittent and no severe vibration.
