We investigated the transport properties such as conductance and shot noise of mesoscopic ring in the presence of magnetic field, Rashba spin-orbit coupling and Dresselhaus spin-orbit coupling in this paper.First of all, we give a brief introduction and content of the history of spintronics. And then, we discuss the Hamiltonian form of Rashba SOC and Dresselhaus SOC in solid material and quantum device, the source of the shot noise.We investigate the mesoscopic ring in the presence of magnetic field in the second chapter, which called Aharonov-Bohm ring. Considered the AB ring model, a set of functions were established by using the Griffith's boundary conditions. The scattering problem was solved when the electron transport through the quantum ring, the transmission probability and reflection probability were obtained. We analysed the conductance and shot noise behavior by varying the magnetic flux and the position of the outgoing lead. Furthermore, the shot noise and conductance the quantum ring subjected to Rashba SOC were stuied in the third chapter. We adopted numerical analysed for shot noise and conductance. We investigated the different behavior of shot noise,conductance and Fano factor for different value of Rashba SOC strength,the wave vector (or energy) of the incident Fermi electrons and and with asymmetrical angle. We also studied the symmetrical ring at the end of the chapter. We investigated the transport properties of mesoscopic ring subjected to Dresselhaus SOC in the last chapter. The shot noise and conductance were obtained by the boundary conditions. The ways of the shot noise and conductance varying with AC phase, the wave vector (or energy) of the incident Fermi electrons and with asymmetrical angle. We also studied the Fano factor which indicated the correlation between the electrons. We also studied the symmetrical ring in this situation. After the investigation of shot noise, we have more profound understanding about the mesoscopic ring transport system, which will also have guidable meaning in the partical application.
