With the continuous development of human society, the requirement of people's life and living conditions is higher and higher; the demand for energy is increasing quickly; while the impact on the environment is increasing constantly. This causes energy shortage and environmental pollution as the significant factors of human society development thereby. Production biomass with anaerobic fermentation is an important way to alleviate energy and environment pressure.And bio-fermentation unit is the basic and essential equipment, the plug-flow anaerobic reactor is one of commonly used bio-fermentation unit.In this paper, the plug-flow anaerobic reactor has been simplified using the similar principle, after that, a two-dimensional CFD model was established; the material flow field in plug-flow anaerobic reactor was simulated by CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) method, the best inlet pipe inclination angle was discovered, and which was tested; According to the problem of simulation and reality, the baffles were added in the reactor, and through the simulation, the best height and location were got. The conclusions are as follows:1)The internal fluid field was simulated by different feeding tube angles of 15°, 30°,45°;60°,70°in plug-flow anaerobic reactor without adding baffle, through contrast analysis, the optimum angle of 30 was obtained.2) when feeding the inclination angle of tube should be adjust from 30°to 60°in plug-flow anaerobic reactor with baffle.3)The internal fluid field was simulated according to the first baffle's height of 8cm, 10cm,12cm,14cm and 16cm.thought the contrast analysis, it'good when the height was 12cm;Respectively it was analyzed by the different distance of 10cm,12cm,14cm and 16cm between the baffle and the reactor's wall,it was obtained that its distance (high room width) of 12cm was very good.4) when the space between the second baffle and the reactor's bottom was 3cm,4cm, 5cm and 6cm, the flow field in reactor was simulated respectively, after the contrast analysis:Its optimum spacing is 5cm;And when the distance between two baffles is 6cm, 7cm and 8cm, the internal flow field was simulated, and its better spacing (the lower room width) of 6cm was got.
