In this thesis,the partially protection of (4S)-4-hydroxy-L-proline was pre pared from natural (4R)-4-hydroxy-L-proline via carboxyl and amino protected, mesylation,the SN2 replaced of acetoxy,(4S)-4-hydrocyl-L-proline is the relativ e collagen synthesis in hibitor which can reduce and prevent hypoxia induced pulmonary hypertension.The compound was characterized by IR,NMR and MS.(4R)-4-amino-L-proline was synthesised by the partially protection of the (4S)-4-hydroxyl-L-proline via mesylation,azide displacement and redection,hyd roxyl,the compound was identified by IR,NMR and MS.
