Experiments were done to the humic acid binder and the effect of desulfurization agent, through the preparation of briquette,the study was was focused on the influence of gasification reactivity and the indicators by humic acid binder.The study was also focused on the influences of the mass ratio of coal to alkali and different alkali additives such as NaOH, Na4P2O7,Na2CO3 and K2CO3 on the extraction rate of humic acid. In the case of using a single NaOH as an alkali, the humic acid binder could be prepared efficiently at the coal/NaOH ratios between 10:1 and 12:1. Compared with using a single NaOH, the use of Na4P2O7 and Na2CO3 partly in place of NaOH enhanced the extraction rate of humic acid by 18.4% under the circumstance of a slight decline in the total content of alkali, and also significantly improved the viscosity of humic acid. It was economically estimated that use of the complex alkali for extracting the humic acid binder may reduce the cost 2.6%. By measuring the viscosity of binder, the model of sodium humate binder and the model diagram of potassium humate binder were fitted.The study also found that when silicate and calcium oxide were added in the coal the sulfur content of coke increased 5%, H2S emissions by 99% was Applied for synthetic ammonia.When added some mushroom in coal, the cumulative release amount of H2S was increased 104.3 times, the sulfur content coke decreased by 6%,and was suitable for coking,iron making,distillation process.The study results show that a variety of additives content on the sensitivity of briquette strength drop sequence is:inorganic binder> Forming Pressure> drying time> Molding Water> organic binder.The gasification performance, the heat intensity and the industry analysis of briquette coal prepared with different binders were also examined.
