Particle Forming Process Analysis By Extrusion-Spheronization

Good shape, spherical pellets of moderate-intensity particles with good liquidity and the lowest surface energy, have applications in the pharmaceutical, chemical catalysts, feed, ceramic ball, cement and other fields. The thesis takes some research about the force of the short cylindrical particles. The short cylindrical particles are rounded because of the friction between the particles.Preliminary tests of grain are carried out with laccase preparations, corn starch acts as materials, oxidized starch paste solution acts as a wetting agent and binder. Oxidized starch gelatinization and the role of the surface modification are discussed. Orthogonal test is designed to optimize enzyme pellets program, the system has good particle morphology. Granulation on the performance of bitter gourd powder, herbal powder granulation tests are carried out, herbal extracts of rhizome as a binder.Last, a good grain is prepared, to some extent the main ingredients improved.
