Organic silicone wax is a kind of long-chain alkyl silicone, which has the both side characters of silicone and wax, such as wide-range thermal stability, resistance to oxidation, moisture resistance, gas permeability and making the surface smooth and shine and etc. Those excellent performances can make organic silicone wax to be applied to building, textile, automobile, leather, chemical engineering, as lubricant, defoaming agent, releasing agent, brightening agent, coating additives and etc.According to a great deal of literatures and information, the experiment is preparation of organic silicone wax(or silicone-fluorine wax or polyether-silicone wax) with metal catalyst by hydrosilation. The process has many advantages compared with the traditional process, such as without solvent, simple technology, the process is easily-controlled, and free of discharge of sewage. In this paper, we researched the processes by the method of single factor. Accordingly the reaction conditions, the best condition were obtained.1) The best process conditions of silicone wax were as follows:the content of lively hydrogen is 1.36%, the molar ratio of C=C to Si-H is 1.15:1, the dosage of catalyst is 1.15ug/g, the reaction temperature is 135℃, the reaction time is 8.5h.2) The best process conditions of silicone-fluorine wax were as follows:the content of lively hydrogen is 1.36%, the molar ratio of C=C to Si-H is 1.2:1, the molar ratio of olefins to fluorinated monomers is 6.5:1, the molar ratio of 6FB to GC is 1:1, the dosage of catalyst is 8.625 ug/g, the reaction temperature is 140℃, the reaction time is 6h.3) The best process conditions of polyether-silicone wax were as follows:the molar ratio of C=C to Si-H is 1.25:1, the molar ratio of B6 to AE is 2.5:1, the dosage of catalyst 1.725 ug/g, the reaction temperature is 115℃, the reaction time is 7h. In addition, the structure of the product was determined by IR and the results indicated that the chain of polysiloxane and long-chain alkyl or fluorinated monomers or polyether existed in the product.
