The powered emulsified explosive is a new industry explosive, it has the advantages of powered explosive and emulsified explosive. It is applied in many economic constructions such as traffic irrigation, electricity, city construction, mining, oil proving.Because the emulsifier is a very important equipment in the emulsified explosive production line, its running state will influence the production line and product's quality, so, the security of emulsifier is always a quite required and significant task in the field of emulsified explosive production. The development of math theory,analyse methods,projects application and the appearance of new theory,new technology,new method lead to a new solution to mechanical fault diagnosis problem. After summarizing the present status and developing trend of fault diagnosis, analyzing the importance of viboration signal technology to mechanical fault diagnosis, emulsifier fault diagnosis system based on viboration signal is developed, some studies are made as below:Based on analyzing the process flow of the powered emulsified explosive production line and the configuration of emulsifier, the paper anatomizes the reasons,mechanism and character on the unbalance and of rotor,the rolling element bearing fault.Based on researching the technology of viboration signal,This paper selects a more appropriate method,wavelet packet analysis, as classification method by comparing and analyzing Time-Frequence analysis,Hilbert-Huang Transform and Wavelet Transform.According to hardware and software resources in powered emulsified explosive production line,a scheme of fault diagnosis system is provided.Aiming at the special equipment of emulsifier,this paper researchs and selects the hardware of signal collection,signal condition and signal processing.This paper adequately utilizes existing hardware and software sources in emulsified explosive production line, and exports data in kingview history database as training data by DDE.Using Visual Basic and MATLAB to design the emulsifier testing model of fault diagnosis system,this fault diagnosis system finds the reasons of emulsifier fault by viboration signal analyzing.The result of testing indicates that the fault diagnosis system basing the viboration signal analyzing has a better ability of fault diagnosis. This system has a positive effect on prevening fateful production accident, and offers a valid reference to the development direction of safety monitoring and fault diagnosis for emulsifier.
