Optimal Design Of Vertical Thermosyphon Reboiler

Although the design method of the vertical thermosyphon reboilers has been studied earlier, the research about the effect of all kinds of parameters to the design has been seldom reported. This paper has done some work on it mainly. The flowing boiling theory about the enhancement of solid particles to the tube-side of new type vertical thermosyphon reboilers has been studied additionally, considering the enhancement of the material, size and density concentration of solid particles. The compute simulation of the process of heat transfer in vertical thermosyphon reboilers has been studied, and the computational software and the program interface were made out also. So the optimal heat transfer system has been finally obtained.
