The article discuss on the intcrmetallics in heat barrier layer of aluminium pistonTBCs and making skill By phase picturc,expansivity and unit cell parametar,i ntcrmetallics is chosen in the experiment; In order to prevent activc metal to be oxidized at high temperatur c I chose sintering process in vacuum to make intcrmet aLlics; Searching the skill of surface coating,I conti nute to select plasma spraying to make the heat barrie r layer;Analyzing inner coat and the associative coat of coat and the surface of aluminium alloy basal baby I can draw an conclusion: the structure of ThCs is basal baby+passage beds+working lining. Puting the made coat to heat shock test, it demons trate the bonding strength of coat is better Using met allographical microcope~ stereoscan electronic probe a nd X-ray to analyize the associative way of coat,Lt is main between passage beds.At the same time,it exists t he machenic association and physical association.There is the phenomenon of complementary soluting in the par tides of working lining. Using X-ray to analyze, it can be certain on the surface that it creats intermeta llics which exists it solid solution and it is feasibl e to make use of sintering process in vacuum. From abc ye, Jf five yuan/AlNi heat barrier layer is sprayed to the piston in Mortor tested 1000 kilometers on the roa d, the coat is not destroyed.
