Puting the made coat to heat shock test, it demons trate the bonding strength of coat is better Using met allographical microcope~ stereoscan electronic probe a nd X-ray to analyize the associative way of coat,Lt is main between passage beds.At the same time,it exists t he machenic association and physical association.There is the phenomenon of complementary soluting in the par tides of working lining. Using X-ray to analyze, it can be certain on the surface that it creats intermeta llics which exists it solid solution and it is feasibl e to make use of sintering process in vacuum.
