Mechanical alloying of Fe100-xPx (x=5, 10, 17, 25, 33, 50, 66.7,80),Fe100-xWx (x=5, 15, 33.3, 45, 50, 70, 85, 95 ) and Mo100-xPx(x=15, 25, 38.5, 43, 50, 66.7, 85, 95),Mo100-xWx (x=25, 40,60, 75 ) have been performed in a high energy plant ball after differentmilling times. We have studied the structure of alloy powders by X-raydiffraction. The particle size of some specimens are analyzed byscanning electron microscopy. We have calculated the compositionrange of amorphous form for Fe-W system and Mo-W system WithMiedema theory. We have also calculated the solubility of Fe-Wsystem, the results showed the solubility of Fe in W is 26.25%, Thetwo theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental.
