The objection of the study was to establish a biliary drainage method whichhad no apparently effect on pig growth, set up a productive technique of bilirubin which was easy to conirol and under cheap cost, found an efficient method of ingather and content of bilirubin comparing to usual technique, and slow down the shortage of bile and bilirubin in medicine, in the mean time increased the economic value of animal husbandiy.During the expeflment~ diazepam and ketamine were used through mainlining to anesthesia the pig, and during the operation, 0.1% ketamine was used to maintain anesthesia through vein as well. The experiment result showed that this method of anesthesia had more rapid abduction, and no local anesthesia was needed during the operation. The incubation place of choledochus could be frilly uncovered under ?Incision, which was convenient to operate, and the operation can be done without costatectomy, so it was benefit to the pig to recover and grow up. Because of living in a single pigpen and freely acting and eating, each pig can be drainaged under such condition as usual and grow up better. The container of the bile, which was made by myseW can be used expediently and had no bad influence on animals. While in bilirubin extraction, three kinds of methods were usect The Rapid Method was easier and more economy, and at the same time, the extracted bilirubin was better. This study also elicited that the best hydrolyzing condition is pH 11.0, 100.C, and last for 30 minutes, the best extractive pH is 5.50. The optimized extractive technique of bilirubin was given and 0.0395 ?.0020g bilirubin can be extracted from eveiy iOOml bile, and the content of bilirubin was 87.52?.50~/o~Postgraduate: Dongming LiuMajor~ Veterinary MedicineSupervison ProL Wang Hongbin...
