On the base of analyzing the development of control system for synthetic rubber press internationally, and combining the development status quo of applied research of reliability engineering of hydraulic systems, to overcome the design limitations of traditional control system for synthetic rubber press and such faults as high energy-consume, long process period and low reliability in the pressing process of synthetic rubber in the post-treatment product line, brand-new design and reliability research are to be carried out for the new control system.By using simplified design, energy-saving design and other modem design methods comprehensively, combining with PC control and two-way cartridge valve technique, research and development is taken on logical cartridge unit control technique for the press, special hydraulic system of two-way cartridge valve for the press is developed, stress of the integrated block is analyzed by FEM software ANSYS. Process parameter regulation method suitable for different conditions ofpressing process and features of the tecbnics is explored.By analyzing process steps, reliability model of the hydraulic system for the press is established, and reliability simulation of each step and the whole system is carried out by software MATLAB, then MThF of the system is figured out and key points of reliability are located, which has guiding significance for the operation and maintenance of the system.Combining with TAAF test, reliability growth is carried out to expose and fix potential fault modes and mechanisms, normal reliability growth is adopted combining with fault diagnosis, fault diagnosis method Based on ETA is proposed, optimization search strategy and generalized deep priority search method are studied based on multiple objective optimization decision theory and sequential decision theory, which has great significance to find faults quickly.On practical occasions, censored test is used, Small scale sample test theory and extensive sample strategy are applied, together with point estimation, estimation of lower limit value for reliability in certain confidence and Bayes method based on?II ?Abstractprior reliability information of the old system are adopted to estimate and veflf~?the new system抯 reliability. The field data and results indicate that the press抯 performance is improved and meets with the predefined expected reliability, and at the same time theoretical analysis is proved to be sound. What抯 more, reliability management is studied and discussed based on human-machine system theory, and the specific scheme is put forward to improve operational reliability.
