In this paper, a series of binuclear complexes such as [Bu4N] [Pd2X2(dmit)2] (X=Cl1, Br2), [R4N]2[Pd2(SPh)2(dmit)2](CH2CI2)~ (n=0 R=Bu 3, n=l R=Et 4) were synthesized by metathesis reaction or polymer-cracking reaction. They were characterized by elemental analysis, JR spectra, UV-vis spectra, ESR spectra and MS spectra etc. Electrochemistry, conductivity of these compounds were also studied. A sulfur-rich compound C12H12S14 was also synthesized by coordination reassembling and the crystal structure of this compound was determined by X-ray diffraction. Moreover, some cluster compounds and N1S nano-particles modified by dmit or TTF were prepared and studied.
