The total aim of the article is the optimum technical condition of quantification and extraction of available composition of flaeonoid, available composition of Agrimonia. Pilosa ledeb and Agrimophol. Each factor which affects extraction of available composition of Agrimonia. Taking conventional extraction method as base, extraction effects on the condition of continuous extraction of ultrasonic and multisolvent was discussed, then the related conclusion was elicited in terms of confirmation of ultrasonic reducing extraction time distinctly under the same extraction condition and the constituent of multisolvent influencing extraction effects. According to pharmacological function, the applied formula of Agrimonia. Pilosa ledeb in disease treatment and hygiene was studied comparatively and the content of available composition was quantified for example the total flavone, Agrimophol, the total content of total saponins.Ln the end, the formulary direction was gained by expert抯 advice and pharmacological function of each constituent of formula.
