In the production process of Power station, Great economic loss has been made by the High temperature corrosion-erosion to the four tubes of boilers. To solve this significant technical problems, In this article, the working conditions of the four tubes of boilers pulverized coal fired in the power stations have been studied ,on the base of this research, two kinds of cored wires are devised including several cement cored wires and two aluminum based cored wires. By arc spray methods , High temperature corrosion-erosion coatings are acquired. The mechanic properties experiments show that the forms of YC and YA cored wires exhibit wonderful, the arc spray process sound well, as for YC2, it shows excellent mechanic properties, with high adhesive strength and micro-hardness, it抯 heat shocking resistance ability is also good. In this article, comparative studied in the high-temperature erosion behavior of coatings YC2~ YC3~ YC6~ YA1 and 20g steel have been made, the results of test show that environment temperatures incidence angles the volume of sands and the velocity have great effects on erosion behavior of coatings. Under various conditions ,The coating of YC2 has excellent erosion resistance behavior, while YC3 also show the same behavior during the high temperature(>4500C) and low temperature(<2000C). YC6-. YA1 both have low erosion resistance. In the same time ,the corrosion resistance ability for high temperature has also been tested ,it is known that all these coatings including (YC2~ YC3~. YC6~. YA1)have better corrosion resistance ability than 20 boiler steel.
