| AbstractAlong with the development of the automobile industry, the coating technology in our country becomes large-scaled, high-qualified and continuous-automated instead of the handicraft producing. But the technology of coating is much more backward than other developed countries. With the progress in economy, the qualified outlooks of motorcycle are demanded, therefore the coating production line of the high-qualified and high-technology know-how is in urgent need.The thesis proposed the subject "the design of production line of coating of Jialing motorcycle and application of new technology" in according with coating engineering items of Jialing Ltd. In the thesis the major works described as follows:According to the condition of the coating in Jialing, the new technologies of coating production line are discussed to design the efficient, high-qualified, and low-cost modern coating production line.Aiming at the shortage of the coating technology of the motorcycle, the cathode electrophoresis line of motorcycle frame and the electrostatic coating line of the plastic parts are designed. Based on the technological process, the new technologies used in the design are described in details, such as the pre-process system of deoiling & slag removal equipment, cathode electrophoresis, electrostatic coating machine, constant temperature and humidity of the air-conditioner, swirl-crotched coating-room, hot-blast circulated drying oven etc.The application of the hyperfiltration equipment in cathode electrophoresis, the study and analysis of the heating system of the drying oven, and the design and development of the monitoring system in the workshop are discussed in details.The coating lines designed in the thesis are in the advance level in domestic motorcycle industry coating. Investigation in the deposition of equipments and the technological requirements will provide especially experiences for the progress of the coating technology. At present, these two production lines have been put into practice Oand are very efficient. |
