| The thesis is main to research the influence of surface treatment on coherence between liner and carbon/epoxy and fiber wrapping pattern on the strength of composite pressure vessels.The surface of aluminum alloy was treated by various surface treatment techniques. The surface layer was characterized by means of scan electron microscope, electron probe, tensile testing machine and surface roughness instrument.The influence of different fiber wrapping pattern on the mechanic property of composite samples was researched. The experimental results showed : the strength of the samples treated was higher than those untreated. The methods acid etched and anode oxidized are feasible to apply by contrast.Nanopowder added to epoxy raised the coherence of the boundary to some extent, The best scale between the epoxy and the powder is 96.7%: 3.4% by optimization.
