Nanacrystalline Ni-Co alloys deposition prepared by Jet electrodeposition was studied , The influences of flow speed of electrolytes, bath composition current density, temperature on the Co content grain size and substructure of deposits were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM), transition electron microscope(TEM), EDS, X-ray diffraction(XRD), The mechanisms of Ni-Co co-deposition was probed systematically 0 The experimental results indicate that:(1) The addition of CoS(V6H2C) changes the Co content and the grain size,, The component of alloys are determined the amount of CoSO^HbO; the lattice constant increased and the grain size was decreased with the increase of the Co2+ concentration , The hardness of alloys enhance about lOOHVo The alloys with above 60.4% of Co are composed of face-centered cubic a-Co and hexagonal close-packed e-Co, and Ni-Co alloys with the lower Co content is singlea-Co ,(2) The rate of Ni-Co co-deposition and the content of Co increases with the electrolyte flow speed when changes from 3.0m/s to 6.0m/s , grain size refines, hardness increases from 431HV to 478HV...
