| The computer modeling of microstructure evolution in hot rolling and the investigation of relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties have been one of the hot issue in this area . The main task here is to model the microstructure evolution during finish rolling . The software developed is helpful to new steel development and improvement of production. It 's also part of offline prediction system , and the latter is the base of online prediction and control system in strip hot rolling. In this paper, combined with W1510 steel , the austenite structure of hot rolled strip is simulated using metallurgy models, and the effect of rolling parameters on the austenite state is investigated. After referring to a large number of papers that researchers of many countries published, the models of Sellars and Kazuyoshi ESAKA were selected as the basic models of simulation program. The input data of the program is chemical composition and rolling parameters , and the output data is austenite grain size of finish-rolling. Also, the parameters such as the fraction of recrystallization and the austenite grain size of each pass can be exported. The data needed to enhance the precision of models is acquired from tests launched at THERMECMASTOR Z in WuGang technology center. Calculating result show that dynamic recrystallization hardly occurs and static recrystallization dose partly during the first several passes , which is the primary approach to make austenite rain finer. Strain is accumulated During the last several passes , which provide fine condition for the transformation. |
