| The study is combined with the ADB project, Air Pollution and Acid Rain Control in Anhui Province, and it is the first systemic study on acid deposition and its controlling in Anhui province. Considering that the acid deposition in China is typical vitriolic pollution, the paper is emphasized on sulfur deposition. And the study includes 5 parts as following:1 The monitoring information on current situation is analyzed, and the factors affecting the formation of the acid deposition in Anhui province is put forward.2 The energy consumption in year 2010 and 2020 of Anhui province, which is divided into two scenarios: high scenario and low scenario, is projected by the method of sectored analysis and Elasticity ratio of energy consumption. On the basis of energy consumption projection, SCh emissions of two scenarios is computed by the method of emission factors, and then is divided in grid.3 The sulfur deposition distributing in Anhui province in year 2000> 2010^ 2020 are simulated and projected by BAT Model, and the distributing sources of sulfur deposition in year 2000 is analyzed.4 The critical loads of sulfur deposition on different protecting percentage in each grid cell of Anhui province are calculated by the 8MB model and relative sensitivity method. By comparison of the sulfur deposition and their critical loads in Anhui province, the percentage of ecosystems facing deposition above their critical loads is calculated.5 The control planning is studied by the least cost optimal model. Based on the planning presented, the reduction scenarios and measures of SO2 in Anhui province are put forward.The study of the paper provides theoretic basis for adopting efficient countermeasures on controlling acid deposition in Anhui province and could be referenced by the related department. |
