This paper aimed at the polishing of narrow groove and embedded hole in the mould surface, expatiated the machine mechanism of u-sec Pulse Current Electro-Chemical polishing(hereinafter it is called u-sec PECP),aimed at two kind of representative metal material-45#steel and 3Cr2W8,we selected the electrolyte and acquired two kind of electrolyte which possessed good performance: The water solution of 10%NaNO3+2%NaCl and 10%NaN03+6%NaCl .we processed the contrast experimentation between the u-sec PECP and m-sec PECP, DC Electrochemical Polishing, at the same time, based of the result of experiment, lucubrated the technological rule of the u-sec PECP, analysis on influence of each polishing parameters to surface roughness is also done. Thus optimum processing parameters are acquired.Resulting from the experiment, it has been proved that u-sec PECP can improve the condition of discharging of polishing production, thus boost the surface quality of work piece.This paper based of the experimental results, use the method of stepwise regress analyze, established the math model of u-sec PECP; Simultaneity use the method of artificial Neural-Net, established the net input-output model of u-sec PECP. Through these models, influence of each polishing parameters to surface roughness is analyzed, the conclusion is coincide with the results of experimenter. The precision contrast of two model illuminated the model of artificial Neural-Net is more precise.This paper also tried to do some experiments of combined ultrasonic electrochemical polishing.
