| In this paper, the main idea is that the visualization in the numerical simulative post-processing of forward extrusion deforming was studied by using the method of mathematical analysis.First, the basic equations of rigid-plastic finite element method were deduced from the basic theories of FEM and rigid-plastic flow. Furthermore, a quite accomplished, effective program system, based on the equations, was developed to simulate the forward extrusion deforming. So it produced some data, which were needed to draw equivalent lines. And some key techniques of the numerical simulation were analyzed in this paper.Second, the basic formulations to draw equivalent lines were deduced from the basic theories of equivalent-line drawing techniques. With the formulations and techniques, we produced a program system accordingly. And using the data of numerical simulation program system, the equivalent lines were produced.Third, in the paper, the changes of mesh in the forward extrusion deforming were studied. With the data of numerical simulation, the mesh-change figures and its corresponding three-dimension figures of the forward extrusion deforming were produced.In the end, the experiment method was executed in the paper and its results were compared with the results from the FEM numerical simulation. And based on the comparison, analyses were processed. So the correctness of the theories and the reliability of the program system were proved. |
