This study discussed the that factors iron the leach chalcopyrite concentrate, evaluated different methods about hydrometallurgy to leach copper and its industry application in recent .The theoreth study about Ferric chloride leaching chalcopyrite, analysised information on the difference factors in the differ yield of copper with PH-and experiments data and figure, provided the best factor of Ferric chloride leaching chalcoryrite.In this paper, author discussed the new methods about technology of sono chemistry to accelerate Ferric chloride leaching chalcopyrite, through different factors experiment.its results indicate that sono com reduce the leaching time and raise the leaching rate of copper on the other hand, through comparing experiment ,this paper study sulphuric acid of solid reside leaching chalcopyrite.The paper research process factors for sulphuric acid curing copper sulphur concentrate .The experiment showed that the leaching of the concentrate with oxidizer(40kg/t) and catalyst (5kg/t) permits to achieve about 97.42% copper extraction within 6 hours when the leaching temperature is controlled at 60癈 and the proportion of liquid and solid is 6, after the curing time of sulphuric acid (l.lt/t) curing sulphur concentrate was 30 hours ,the temperature of suspersion during the curing was controlled at 140癈 .It is thus evident that sulphuric acid curing concentrate is succeed .The new process has several advantages: simple process, high copper extraction none pollution , The process is valiable on technology and economy, having a bright future.
