In the process of petroleum producing, store transport, refine processing and using, because of the reasons of accident, not normal operation and overhaul and so on, there will have petroleum hydrocarbon spilling over and emission. If they enter soil after, they will destroy soil structure, scatter earth grain and make the water penetration of soil reduce. The respond base containing of them can integrate with inorganic nitrogen and phosphorus, restrict nitrification and dephosphation, so it will make the effective nitrogen, phosphorus content in soil decreasing. Especially the much ring fragrant hydrocarbon in them, because of having carcinogenic, mutant, aberrant and can pursue level enrichment through food-chain in the body of animals and plants, they accumulate in soil is harmer.After soil suffers petroleum pollution, the effects of petroleum degradation speed is excluded besides the petroleum degradation microorganism and the physical-chemical property of contaminant, still gets the influence of environmental factor and so on. If we want get higher petroleum degradation efficiency and the best disposal effect, we must carry out the research for the biological degradation ecological condition of petroleum with discussing.In this program, we select Wuhan petrochemicals factory's crude oil and not be polluted soil in factory as the object of research, carrying out the bioremediation in self-controlling biological thick liquid reactor by changing the various internal and external factors that effect the petroleum degradation. We have compared the influence of petroleum degradation efficiency which natives microorganism and inoculating the mud of greasy in factory have reached through single factor experiment (petroleum density is 1%) as well as inoculating the mud of greasy and different petroleum density (petroleum density is 1% andti5%); through orthogonality test, choosing nutrition material, water content, electron receiver and surface activator as controlling factors, we have reached the best ecological condition of biological degradation; finally in the process of petroleum bioremediation under the best ecological condition, discussed the degradation condition of alkyl hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon.As shown in the experimental results: as the conductor of petroleum biological degradation, the quantity of microorganism is the important factor of petroleum degradation efficiency, the huge natural capacity of microorganism in soil is its foundation of bioremediation; petroleum density in certain scope do not affect for the degradation efficiency of petroleum, and in the density of 5%, its initial degradation efficiency is higher, however after training 40 days, this kind of advantage change weak gradually, the reason may be the petroleum of high density probably having certain poison role for microorganism; the best ecological condition of petroleum contaminated soil bioremediation is that nutrition material C: N = 60, electron receives body HiOi joining quantity amount to 12 mg/g, water content is 50%, surface activator is anion surface activator of 12 Wan base benzene sulphur sour sodium; the relation of primary and secondary of factor is water content, surface activator, nutrition material and electron receiver. On the best ecological condition petroleum degradation efficiency can reach more than 50% within 30 days, achieved satisfactory effect.
