The On-line Monitoring And Analysis System Based On Fieldbus For Hot Strip Rolling Set's Primary Transmission System

According to hot strip rolling set's running characters and it's distribution, a distributed system based on RS485 fieldbus is developed, which includes on-line monitoring and data analysis. The system can online-monitor signals such as temperature and pressure which will affect production, and the system can monitor rolling speed, rolling current and rolling voltage and so on , which are related closely to rolling process. This system has three functions. First, it is applied to monitor the condition of hot strip mill set's primary transmission system. At the same time, other functions including real-time data collecting, display, analyzing and processing, parameter configuration, time alternation configuration of itinerant monitoring, communication port configuration, database generating, alarming administration and alarming can be executed.
