| X-ray real-time radiography technique has been greatly improved with the development of photoelectric imaging technique, computer technique and image processing technique. The image quality of real-time radiography, however, can not be as good as that of film, and its sensitivity is relatively low. Therefore, to carry out research on improving image quality, sensitivity of inspection and capability of recognition are of great significance to the development of X-ray real-time radiography technique.This thesis is based on "The Research on X-ray Real-time Radiography Inspection System for Welding quality". On the basis of analyzing the principle of real-time radiography, we design and develop an X-ray real-time radiography inspection system, which is used in welding plank inspection. The capability of groups and the influence on image quality are analyzed. We design a series of mechanical transmission device to realize automatic control.On account of the characteristics of real-time radiography, the orientation filtering and superposition methods are employed to reduce the influence of image noise and enhance the image contrast. We extracted welding defects by digital image subtraction approach based on fitting for isolated welding seam, and got good results. Compared with standard of film assess, the assess method of real-time radiography is primarily probed. |
