Aiming at the endanger problem of sulfonylurea herbicide to sensitive plant, we filter a certain fungus which can degradate chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron by soil circumfluence way.The paper described the residual dynamic of chlormuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron in soil, which affect the growth of latter sensitive plants, At the same time, the antidotal effect of Asperilla to chlormuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron was done by bioassy .greenhouse experiment and field experiment .the conclusion as follows:l.The half life of chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron is 30d and 32.5d in the soil of PH 6.75,whose degradation rate is high on prophase,while slow on anaphase.The residual weedicide will do harm to the latter sensitive plants on common dosage,for example corn, rape, soybean and Chinese cabbage.the harmful degree of rape and Chinese cabbage is more graveness among them,which of corn and soybean is less.2.microorganism play a great role on degradating chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron.The degradation of chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron correlate with soil PH,microorganism's degradation to chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron is main degradated way in alkali soil.The degradation of chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron in natural soil is more rapid than that in sterilized soil.The degradation of chlormuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron in acid soil is more rapid than that in alkali soil.3.On the same temperature and humidity,with the PH rise,the degradation of chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron become slow,which is fastest on the condition of PH 6 by Niger and on the condition of PH 7 by Penicillin;On the same PH and humidity,Mger can degradate chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron fastest on the condition of temperature 25 C, Penicillin can degradate chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron fastest on the condition of Temperature 30 C;On the same PH and temperature,Niger can degradate chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron fastest on die condition of humidity 60%,Penicillin can degradate chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron fastest on the condition of humidity 50%.Experiment demonstrated that Niger can degradate chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron fastest on the condition of Temperature 25 C, humidity 60%, PH 6,as well asfenicillin can degradate chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron fastest on the condition of Temperature 30 C, humidity 50%, PH7.4.Experiment demonstrated that Niger can grow better on the condition of temperature25 C, concentration 5ppb, PH 6, as well as,Penicillin can grow better on the condition of temperature 30 C, concentration 50ppb, PH 7.5 Niger and Penicillin can prolong the half life of chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron from 30d and 32.5d on natural condition to 23d, 25d and 14d, 1 Sd,the rate of degradation is 1.3-2.14 times as fast as that on natural condition.The degradated rate of chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron appear slow on the pro10d and pro8d of using weedicide.the degradated inflexion appear on 8d, 12d and 8d, 10d,during the time the rate of chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron is rapid.while the degradated inflexion appear on 25d, 30d and 28d, 30d,the degradated rate of chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron grow calm after that,whose residual quantity is only 10%-2% as well as the using quantity on the 180d.6. The grow-inhibition rate of crop growing on the residual farm of chlorimuron-ethyl and chlorsulfuron can be undone by using Asperilla to some extent,which decreased from 70%-30% to 20%-5%,the resuming rate of growth can reach to above 95%.Candidate: LiuHui Major: Pesticide ScienceSupervisor: Prof. TaoBo...
