Based on simulative experiments, this thesis studies the effects on the property of the methane production characteristic of the bioreactor landfill. The effects are studied by way of different operational modes, i.e., through different leachate recirculation rate, temperature enhancing before recirculation, inoculating microorganism by mixing sludge with waste before landfill. A mathematic model is then established to reflect the environment temperature affecting bioreactor landfill, based on which an exploitation of the methane produced by bioreactor landfill is introduced.The findings of the simulative experiments verify the bioreactor landfill's advantages such as accelerating the methane air production, improving the methane production velocity, quickening the stabilization process of filled wastes and promoting the descending pace of organic pollutants. The experiments' result showed that, by temperature enhancing before recirculation, inoculating microorganism by mixing sludge with waste before landfilling, the higher environment temperature and the lower leachate recirculation rate, the landfill quickens its methane production process. After the landfill enters the steady process of producing methane, the higher leachate recirculation rate facilitates the stabilization of filled wastes and the production of methane. Furthermore, temperature enhancing before leachate recirculation exerts no substance influence on to the water solution of solid wastes.By establishing the mathematics model to reflect the environment temperature affecting methane production of bioreactor landfill, an analysis is made under different operational modes about how to realize simultaneously the shorter process of methane use, the lower expense of leachate recirculation and lower cost of the relevant devices. By thickening wastes filling and lowering appropriately the winter leachate recirculation frequency to overcome the disadvantageous influence towards methane production, this thesis presents strategies of methane exploitation of bioreactor landfill.
