This thesis describes a strong pulse discharge equipment with high current to be used in oil or water well underground.The electric pulse technology underground can be applied to relieve the pollution and jam of layer in oil or water well and improve the output of petroleum on oil field.It is a sort of oil physical extraction methed which couldn't bring the work pollution and casing injurv.lt could use in separate oil or water layer underground.The principle of The DM-2 Type Electric Pulse Equipment apply with a strong high current discharge technology used on oil field.This instrument can produce a strong liquid pulse shock wave and heat energy, light energy,sound wave and magnetic waves in wellhole liquid.lt can effectively crash and relieve the pollution in downhole.This research item belongs to the technology of improving output of oil well in PetroChina Company Limited CNPC.In the research process, the DM-2 Type equipment has been improved on power supply, capacitor.impactive current device,stakeout and protect circuit,coaxial spark switch and electrode basic on the DM-1 Type equipment.The temperature-resistant of all electric component pieces are 105 ℃.The DM-2 Type equipment consist of three parts,surface control system,subsurface tool and borehole winch.Its main specifications are :Power supply: 220V and 50Hzdischarge rate: max. 10shot per minutestore energy: max. 5KJ per shotdischarge current: max. 11KAtemperature: max. 105℃pressure: max. 40MPadiameter: Φ89mmlength: 6200mmThe main parameters of the DM-2 Type equipment which compared with other company in the world is excellence as below:1. The energy of the pulse shock wave is the strongest and can be adjusted,2-5KJ per shot(0.5 - 1.5 KJ per shot of foreign) .It can make the equipment adapt to many sorts of conditions in the downhole.2. The subsurface tool has high temperature-resistant(105℃) than every another one(85℃) in the world.3. The diameter of subsurface tool is the smallest(Φ 89mm) than another one(Φ 102mm-Φ 118mm of foreign).It will be safe at work and doivt need to repair wellhole.4. The price of the equipment is 1/5 - 1/7 of foreign equipment and easy to sell and technical service in market.The conditions are better on market as follow:l.Nowadays.the electric pulse technology has been applied to clear away sand inworkpieces in factors' and crash calculus in hospital. So the technical theory appiyed to oilfield can be accepted by market. 2.It is an advanced technology which couldn't bring the work pollution and casing injury atwork..It could use in separate oil or water layer underground. 3.The price is cheaper and make it easy to enter market. 4.The standard and spare components is plenteous and satisfy the locale work. 5.According to reports of informations, this technology had been actualized on many OilFields and getting better effect in Daqin,Kelamayi and Jidong Oil Fields.It avail to extendthis technology in oil fields.
